Q: How many visits will be needed for my treatments?
A:Each treatment plan is unique and will be tailored to your needs. Please consult with our specialist providers to determine how often you will need to be seen. Most of our services will come in a package format with a single payment that covers all required visits.
Q: Can Arizona Weight Loss and Esthetics take on the role of my Primpary Care Physician or PCP?
A: Unfortunately no. We do have board certified Physicians and Nurse Practitioners on staff, and we do evaluate you holistically, however, we cannot take the place of your primary care physician and you would need to maintain your relationship with this provider.
Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: We require 3 day’s notice for cancellations due to the amount of time and resources we devote to each appointment. We will charge a $100 administrative fee for any cancellations with less than 3 days notice.

AWE is not able to offer refunds on injectable cosmetic products (botulinum toxins / fillers) or on Clinical Skin Treatments (chemical peels / microdermabrasion).
Q: Age Range of Our Clients?
A:We see patients 18 years of age and older. We will not treat any patients under 18 years of age for weight loss.
Q: Do we take Health Insurance ?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept Health Insurance for payment of any services provided.
We accept cash or debit/credit card (including HSA based credit cards) for payment, please verify with your HSA regarding covered cost if planning to use these cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks for payment of services.
Q: What does a typical visit usually cost?
A: We are know for our great pricing and proven results. The costs of our services vary but we do everything we can to make sure our clients meet and exceed thier weight loss goals within budget.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A:We will refund the cost of a weight loss package minus a $200 administrative / laboratory testing fee if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
We DO NOT refund any charged fees after 48 hours of purchase.
